Who I Am
I don’t use brushes - just my hands, a palette knife, the paint and whatever needs to come through.
It’s messy. Sometimes chaotic. Always honest.
I paint to stay connected - to memory, to emotion, to the things that sit just beneath the surface. That’s what shapes every piece.

The Story…
There’s power in choosing where to go from here.
Growth isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s a quiet decision - to pause, to listen, to learn. To walk with more intent than certainty.
There’s courage in that. In being willing to see things differently. To begin again, and again, and again.
Not to chase perfection - but to stay present and keep showing up.

This work was created on premium grade, gesso triple-primed, cotton duck canvas. Hand-stretched on quality pine frame and created using archival quality acrylic paints.
150cm (w) x 110cm (h), approx 8kgs - This work has been framed in a sustainably grown black-washed timber frame.
The Story…
Layer by layer, you get through. You hold things that weren't meant to be yours, carry weight you didn't ask for.
You figure it out with what's in front of you - no guarantees, no neat endings. Just instinct, effort, and a bit of defiance.
It's not about having it all. It's about making it work anyway.

Ways to Make It Yours
Not all commissions are created equal.
Some people want a painting like one they’ve seen me make before - same feel, their size, their space. That’s a traditional commission, and I can do that.
Others hand me a story instead - a memory, a moment, something they can’t put into an image — and let me translate it. That’s a reverse commission, and it’s different to anything else.
Either way, the result is yours.
